Depending on the item and materials, exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, cleaning products, excessive perspiration, improper storage, impact, scratching, or other environmental conditions may affect the appearance or longevity of jewelry.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or damage occurring after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect, except where otherwise required by law.
